Ngoima is a gaint bird that is described by André Mouelle, commissaire
politique of the République Populaire du Congo, as having a wing span
of 3 to 4 meters (9 to 13 feet) with talons and legs about the size of a man's
hand and forearm. He says that its quite rare to see it now. It could possible
be a subspecies of the Martial Eagle or could be a Crowned Eagle with overstated
wing span.
